Great web design isn’t just making something pretty. That’s why our process starts with our understanding of your business, your customers and their needs. Once we’ve gained some insight into your business, what your customers want, and your goals for the website, we can then work with you to develop your content strategy and the structure and hierarchy of your site. First, we work alongside you to establish the optimum structure – does the navigation make sense to a potential customer? Are they seeing the things they expect to see? We then go onto work out the priorities on each page – where do you want to lead your customer next?

Content is the most important part of your site – it’s what your visitors are there for. We will work with you from the start to understand your business, and help you identify the most important content for your site. This will enable us to build a website around the needs of your users – helping them to find what they are after, as easily as possible. Getting your content right at the start of the process ensure everything else fits into place around that, and results in visitors finding the answers they want, and more business for you.

Only once we’ve done all this do we start with the visuals: designing the site around the content and the user-goals to provide a result that not only looks fantastic, it gets results too. Starting with a number of homepage concepts to develop the right ‘look and feel’ we then tweak and modify until we have site-wide static designs that work.
