LEXN is a boutique HR consultancy founded by Sanjay Bhogaita. The consultancy teams up with purpose-driven businesses to shape the kind of leadership today’s world needs. LEXN focus’s on the people side of things; helping leaders grow, shift mindsets, and build cultures where both businesses and people can thrive.
We collaborated closely with Sanjay to create a brand that not only reflects his personal values and expertise but also resonates with the audiences he serves. Sanjay has a proven track record in driving large-scale change initiatives and fostering cultural alignment—always with a distinctly human approach. Our goal was to ensure the brand captured this balance: professional and authoritative, yet approachable and people-centered. Every element, from visual identity to tone of voice, was designed to embody his ability to lead transformation while staying grounded, empathetic and authentic.
The choices around photography and colour were carefully made to reflect the dual focus of LEXN’s work: managing complex, large-scale corporate initiatives while keeping people at the heart of everything. Abstract architectural photography adds texture and depth, evoking structure, movement, and strategy, while still leaving room for the human element.

LEXN’s visual identity is anchored in geometric shapes, with the triangle taking centre stage in the logo as a symbol of stability, direction, and growth. These bold shapes are overlaid onto approachable, candid imagery of people in workplace settings, blending structural impact with warmth and relatability. Overlays provide architectural interest while keeping the human element front and centre.
The colour palette mirrors this balance. Deep teals and slate tones convey reliability, strength, and professionalism, forming a solid foundation for the brand. Accents of rich gold add energy and visual drama where appropriate to create a dynamic, engaging, and versatile visual language. Together, these design elements communicate both the strategic rigour and the human-centred approach that define LEXN.
